COVID-19 POLICY

DIRECTIVES ET SOLUTIONS

The Decree taken by the French Government specifying the health rules relating to the transport of people provides the following obligations for taxi and VTC drivers:

• No passenger can sit next to the driver. The presence of several passengers is allowed in the rear seats.
• The vehicle must be permanently ventilated.
  Passengers must take all their waste.
• The driver performs disinfectant cleaning of the vehicle at least once a day.
• The driver is authorized to refuse access to the vehicle to a person showing symptoms of COVID-19 infection.

CONNECT SMART DRIVE recognizes that with the constantly evolving COVID-19 situation and in these unprecedented times, we are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all our customers, partners, drivers and staff.

We have taken the following measures to reduce the potential spread of the virus and have applied strict measures in all of our vehicles.

• Antibacterial wipes, antibacterial gel and protective mask will be available in vehicles for all passengers and the driver.
• Continuous training of our drivers to keep up to date with safety and disinfection procedures.
• Drivers should use hand sanitizer and not shake hands with customers. They should always wash their hands properly before and after each service.
• Drivers will inform passengers that they will open and close the doors, both at pick-up and drop-off.
  All luggage handled by the drivers will be wiped with anti-bacterial wipes.
• The door handles, inside the vehicles, including the armrest, window controls, screens, radio and ventilation will be cleaned between each service.
• Drivers will be asked to report any symptoms immediately. Their body temperature will be taken each day and before each race when possible.
• All reading materials, such as magazines and newspapers, have been temporarily removed from all vehicles.
• All water bottles will be wiped with wipes.
• A polycarbonate or PVC partition wall will be gradually installed in all of our vehicles to guarantee maximum protection and comply with the policy of distance.
• Whenever necessary our drivers will open the windows of vehicles to renew the air.
